The Ono Sokki HR‑6800 is a handheld, non‑contact digital tachometer engineered for accurate measurement of ultra‑high rotational speeds—up to 999,990 r/min. Ideal for inspecting fast-spinning tools like dental handpieces, yarn texturizing machines, and high-speed drills, it supports both analog and pulse outputs and features built-in data memory..
The HR-6800 is engineered for ultra-high-speed RPM measurement in applications where conventional tachometers cannot keep up. Using a magnetic-electro detection method, it measures rotation without physical contact, preserving the integrity of high-speed components.
Two range modes allow flexibility: Type A covers low to high speeds, while Type B focuses on extreme high-speed applications. This makes the device suitable for precision inspection of dental handpieces, yarn machines, high-speed drills, and spindles.
The tachometer records and displays maximum and minimum speeds in real time and can store up to 20 results in memory. Its multiple output options ensure seamless integration with external recording systems, analyzers, or production monitoring setups.
A bright, easy-to-read LCD with backlight improves visibility in all environments, while the over-range and upper-limit alarms help prevent measurement errors. Its lightweight build, long battery life, and tripod mounting capability make it equally effective in laboratory and field environments.
Ultra-High Speed Measurement – Measures from 100 to 999,990 r/min with exceptional precision.
Non-Contact Magnetic-Electro Detection – Captures rotation data without physical contact, ideal for sensitive or high-speed components.
Dual Range Modes –
Type A: Lo range (100–50,000 r/min), Hi range (10,000–999,990 r/min)
Type B: 200,000–999,990 r/min for extreme high-speed measurement.
Peak Hold & Memory – Displays maximum and minimum RPM values and stores up to 20 data items for later review.
Multiple Output Options – Includes analog, monitor, and pulse outputs for data logging, synchronization, and system integration.
Customizable Display & Alarms – Large backlit LCD, selectable refresh rates, over-range alarm, and upper-limit alerts.
Long Battery Life – Operates up to 13 hours with backlight off or 8 hours with backlight on; also supports optional AC adapter.
Tripod Mountable – Built-in tripod screw threads for stable positioning during testing.
